Buy that, I mean that if there was no way to change the framerate, I would not want to play it if I could for free. Without uncapping the physics and framerate, it is a game that I personally would deem unplayable. Graphics options id say above average for a console port, but not too great. I'll have to really crank it up to see how it performs then, but it performs well for whats happening on screen especially. Performance wise, it runs at at least 60FPS (after uncapping it) on an OCd GTX 670 at decent but not maxed settings, and I only had one drop randomly to 44 or so, which slowed the game down because the physics are tied to the framerate, etc. And for some reason the map has various areas like a snowing mountain and a dry dusty desert literally a second or two apart, so it is weird but sort of awesome to see the environments switch so quickly. Leaves swirling around, rain, rain drops on the car, lighting and dust effects, wind animations on trees and flags, and even lightning that brightly flashes on the car and environment around you. There are A LOT of very impressive things happening on screen. By far the best part of what I have seen so far are the visuals.
